• Fundraisers created on Ezra Org must strictly adhere to our guidelines and must not be for profit-making purposes.

• Fundraisers cannot be used for personal profit or commercial endeavors.
• Any fundraiser found to be violating these terms will be subject to removal, and the creator may be banned from using our services.

Fundraisers on Ezra Org can be created for non-profit purposes including food assistance, shelter, poverty relief, disaster relief, medical expenses, education, community development, veterans support, mental health, senior care, human rights, legal aid, domestic violence support, rehabilitation, social justice, literacy, disaster preparedness, refugees, substance abuse treatment, childcare, and disability advocacy.

• Donations made to Ezra Org are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
• Donors will receive a receipt for their contributions which can be used for tax purposes.

• Ezra Org is committed to transparency and will provide reports on how funds are used.
• Fundraisers must provide accurate information regarding the use of funds.

• Ezra Org reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.

• All fees are strictly for the purpose of maintaining Ezra Org and its platform(s).
• Transaction fees are deducted after a donation is received.
