EzraOrg was founded in 2023 by Khaim Mikeladze, David Tsitsuashvili, and their yeshiva friends with a deep commitment to helping those in need. Having personally experienced financial hardship, we understand the challenges that individuals and families face. With unwavering faith in Hashem and a dedication to acts of kindness, we strive to support communities, yeshivas, synagogues, kiruv organizations, and Torah scholars both locally and worldwide. We invite you to join us in this mission Leshem Shamayim (for the sake of Heaven) to help bring Geulah Shelemah (complete redemption) to all of Klal Yisrael in our days.
Beyond financial aid, EzraOrg recognizes the urgent need for support among families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism diagnoses have risen dramatically in the New York-New Jersey metro area, tripling from 1% of the population in 2000 to 3% in 2016. A study published in Pediatrics identified 4,661 8-year-olds with ASD across this region, including a significant number in New York. Notably, 59.3% of these children had no intellectual disabilities, making early detection and intervention even more challenging.
For many families in New York and beyond, the financial burden of autism-related therapies and services is overwhelming, particularly for those without adequate insurance coverage. EzraOrg is committed to easing this strain by providing financial assistance, resources, and support, ensuring that every child has access to the care they need to thrive. By extending our mission to include autism support, we strive to uplift families, strengthen our communities, and bring hope to those navigating this journey.
