This fundraiser was created to support highest causes like Limud Torah, Hachnasas Kallah, Bikur Holim and Matanos Laevyonim.
Many scholars dedicate their lives to learning Torah and perform Mitzvos. Many of us have merit to support them and share the portion in Olam Habah.
This campaign is a great opportunity to be part of the unimaginable greatness that our tzadikim achieve while sometimes they are in need of extra financial support in order to cover tuition of their children, wedding ceremonies or any other basic necessities of life that their salary doesn’t cover.
Fortunately these necessities always occur time to time and we always have a chance to have a part in this great mitzvah.
While we ask to contribute at least $36 in order to cover the processing fees as well, any contribution given with full heart is greatly appreciated.
Story
If there should be someone destitute in your midst among one of your brothers in one of cities, in your land that “ה your God is giving you, do not harden your heart and do not close your hand against your destitute brother.
כִּֽי־פָתֹ֧חַ תִּפְתַּ֛ח אֶת־יָדְךָ֖ ל֑וֹ וְהַעֲבֵט֙ תַּעֲבִיטֶ֔נּוּ דֵּ֚י מַחְסֹר֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֶחְסַ֖ר לֽוֹ׃
Rather, you must surely open your hand generously to him, and you must surely extend a loan to him to clever the wants which he lacks.
נָת֤וֹן תִּתֵּן֙ ל֔וֹ וְלֹא־יֵרַ֥ע לְבָבְךָ֖ בְּתִתְּךָ֣ ל֑וֹ כִּ֞י בִּגְלַ֣ל ׀ הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֗ה יְבָרֶכְךָ֙ ה’ אֱלֹ-הֶ֔יךָ בְּכׇֽל־מַעֲשֶׂ֔ךָ וּבְכֹ֖ל מִשְׁלַ֥ח יָדֶֽךָ׃
You must surely give him, and let your heart not hurt when you give him; for, as consequence of this matter, “ה your God will bless you in your deeds and undertaking…
